Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Please allow 10 working days for you order to be made before being shipped. All orders will then be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour (Monday-Friday). you will be provided a tracking number to the e.mail address you provide, so you can be sure when your new item arrives.
I can provide a faster turn around but please contact me before you order as sometimes this may not be available. There will be a extra charge of £10 for this.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to every item being custom made, I do not except returns/exchanges but if you are unhappy with your order as it has a defect or has arrived damaged I will send a replacement to you, once the faulty item has been returned.
You have 14 days from when your order has arrived (Tracking Number Uploaded) to inform me of any faults.
If you are outside of these 14 days then unfortunately I will not replace any items.
You may be asked to send the item back. The return postage is the buyers responsibility.
Please email sales@disteeworld.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for replacement. I will then respond with my evaluation on the fault/damage. Thank you!
Every item you see in the store is embroidered & designed by myself. All clothing can be altered with your own colour of top and/or thread please contact me at sales@disteeworld.co.uk if you have any special requests, I will do my best to say yes!
